Международная компания в сфере компонентов для автомобилестроения в связи с запуском нового завода открывает вакансию HR-generalist в городе Набережные Челны. The main purpose of this position will be to support the Russia Operation Launch Director with all necessary HR activities to start up the new plant in Chelny (approx. 120-140 employees) and then to become the Plant HR Manager. The main missions are to: Define and implement an efficient recruitment induction and training strategy in coordination with the Country HR Director and the South Europe Division HR Director (for managers technicians and operators) Set up and monitor efficient payroll and administration processes Implement Group HR policies and processes within the plant including Employee Empowerment Ensure HR Reporting for the plant to the Division and Country Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health Safety Environment policies. Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives Ensure employee development and career management within and outside of the plant More generally ensure together with the Russia Operation Launch Director that organizational decisions and headcount are constantly aligned with business needs local regulations and Group standards The ideal candidate will have/be: 3-8 years experience in an HR function within a industrial environment including a significant Plant HR generalist role Experience in a large multinational company with structured HR processes Experience in starting up a plant is a plus Good knowledge of labor law in Russia / Tatarstan Experience in leading industrial relations Recruitment employee development skills Entrepreneurial spirit Intellectual flexibility Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven ability to manage conflicts Strong coordination skills (multiple interfaces at site Country Division and BG levels locally and in France) Structured process oriented Familiar with HR information and payroll systems as well as MS Office Fluent in English French is a plus Условия: Участие в start-up проекте международной холдинговой компании Высокий уровень дохода ДМС Оплата релокации. |
