Дополнительно | - PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To implement and roll out in Russia the One IKEA SAP-based Human Resource Management System GlobalView with standardized HR processes in accordance with the global implementation scope and methodology. It is a temporary assignment for 2 years. ASSIGNMENT
- Lead the local project team to implement the following system modules and processes: Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Mobility, Training Events Management, Compensation Management, Skills Competencies Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Manager Self Service
- Be jointly with global project team responsible for the implementation schedule, budget and quality
- Request and manage resources required to meet planned commitments
- Ensure quality in project communication, change management and training
- Monitor and timely mitigate project risks and issues, in cooperati
- on with Global project manager and ADP supplier project manager
- Be responsible for adherence by project team to the Global IKEA methodologies, procedures and policies
- Provide regular reports to country steering committee and to the Global Project Manager REQUIREMENTS
- Successful experience in Project management of medium to large projects
- Successful experience with HR processes and HR IT systems
- Minimum 4 years experience in either project management or HR or Business Management is must
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Experience with SAP HR is a must
- Self motivated and pro-active, motivated by contributing to making IKEA grow
